Dorchester Amateur Dramatic Society (DADS) have been hosting weekly play readings online since the lockdown began and they have been very popular. Everyone is welcome, whether you would like to read or just want to listen. You don’t have to have any previous acting experience nor do you need to be a member of DADS. We meet via Zoom on Monday evenings at 7.30. Each week the following week’s play is announced via DADS Facebook page  @DorchesterAmDramSocietyDADS and website, www.dads.org.uk with a link enabling you to register to take part. Why not give it a try?

Hello everybody, we have recently made the decision to stop showing all events on the website unless we know they are running (due to the current situation, many are not, and it is causing confusion).  Therefore, if you know of an event running (whether in-person or online) that is in (or very near) the village, please do let me know and I will add them asap.

Also, if there are any special events you have planned, whether big or small, please do feel free to share the details, and we can try to help advertise them via the village website for you.
